2013, Once upon a bicycle, not so long ago, Annet Gelink Gallery, Amsterdam, NL

An unlimited series of portraits by the artist, each of an individual the artist has met during his life but painted from memory. The artwork in its finality is presented as a circular toughened glass disk 60 cm in diameter displayed on a wall. The disk has been used in the process of the portrait as a palette to mix paint. The actual painting is kept within the artist's archive.
